Philippines: Joint follow-up report on the Philippines from OMCT, CLRDC and PAHRA

OMCT submitted together with CLRDC and PAHRA a follow-up report on the Philippines to the Committee Against  Torture with the focus on children and the effects of the war on drugs. In many ways, the Philippines counteracted the implementation of the CAT observations with increased extrajudicial killings, cases of torture and ill treatment overcrowding in detention and enforced disappearances.
