Areas of Work
The AEDH is a non-governmental organisation that was created in 1989. It stands for freedom worldwide by supporting local NGO’s that defend human rights. AEDH’s priority is to support concrete activity for the defence and promotion of human rights in countries of the South and the East. AEDH supports projects that are planned and carried out by local NGOs. By backing these NGOs, AEDH seeks the means to support those who protect the victims, defend democratic freedoms and promote respect for the rule of law.
