Committee on the Administration of Justice (Northern Ireland ) (CAJ)

United Kingdom Committee on the administration of Justice is a non-governmental organisation established in 1981 that is concerned with promoting peace through justice and equality. CAJ is concerned with combating impunity, guaranteeing non-recurrence by working for contemporary accountability, promoting a rights based framework for the exercise of the freedoms of expression and assembly, protecting human rights and the peace settlement, advocating for the application of the fundamental principles of equality and practicing international solidarity. CAJ was established as a response to human rights violations during the conflict in Northern Ireland.
