The Bulgarian Helsinki Committee (BHC) was founded in 1992 and is one of the oldest and leading organisation in the fight against torture and impunity in Bulgaria. BHC campaigns for human rights for all but especially on behalf of vulnerable groups in Bulgaria, including ethnic minorities, LGBTI, detainees, children, migrants, and persons with disabilities.
