Alternative Report to the List of Issues of the Human Rights Committee

Together with the Justice Project Pakistan and Reprieve, the OMCT submitted an alternative report to the Human Rights Committee for its List of Issues with regard to Pakistan. The alternative report focuses on torture and other ill-treatment as well as the death penalty. The List of Issues will be adopted during the Committee's 118th Session that is taking place from 17 October to 4 November 2016. It will be the first review of Pakistan.
