Joint follow-up report on Afghanistan from OMCT, CSHRN et al.

OMCT just submitted together with CSHRN and the Afghan civil society anti-torture coalition a follow-up report on Afghanistan to the Committee Against Torture. The report focuses on the culture of impunity for torture cases and the involvement of Senior state officials in such crimes, the prevalence of coerced confessions and the persistence of capital punishment in Afghanistan.
