Submission to the EEAS for its GSP+ Mission to Pakistan
At the occasion of a EU mission to Pakistan inthe framework of the GSP+ agreement, the OMCT together with the Justice ProjectPakistan and Reprieve made a written submission addressing the death penalty,lack of anti-torture legislation, lack of investigations in tortureallegations; arbitrary detention, unfair trials of those accused of terrorism.
