Despite the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Tunisia office of the OMCT managed in December to bring the Carthage Film Festival to prisons, for the sixth year in a row. Over 10,000 prisoners watched films and 450 of them attended debates with film directors and actors, thanks to a joint initiative by the OMCT, the prison administration and the Festival.

Délit de Solidarité - Profiles of everyday life heroes

The OMCT annual award at the Geneva International Film Festival on Human Rights (FIFDH) went to Délit de solidarité, a Swiss TV documentary featuring ordinary European citizens who don’t hesitate to brave the law by helping migrants and refugees at risk.
